Who is she? A mother of 2 gorgeous boys, a wife, and now also a writer. She and her family live in Scotland in a beautiful town near the English border. She only started writing children’s books in October 2018 after being inspired by a nighttime talk with her kids. She’s loved books and writing poetry since she was a young child, but she has never planned on becoming a writer of books for children, but now she thinks that was her true purpose in life! She is a children’s author of picture books for kids aged 3-7. She writes to inspire, entertain, and teach about life. She loves to write funny stories with hidden life lessons. She truly hopes that she can bring a smile on your and your child’s face and hopefully change the world one book at the time.

The earliest proof that Einstein did indeed say that is from an out-of-print volume published by the Montana State Library for Book Week in November of 1958.
In the current New Mexico Library Bulletin, Elizabeth Margulis tells a story of a woman who was a personal friend of the late dean of scientists, Dr. Albert Einstein. Motivated partly by her admiration for him, she held hopes that her son might become a scientist. One day she asked Dr. Einstein’s advice about the kind of reading that would best prepare the child for this career. To her surprise, the scientist recommended ‘Fairy tales and more fairy tales.’ The mother protested that she was really serious about this and she wanted a serious answer; but Dr. Einstein persisted, adding that creative imagination is the essential element in the intellectual equipment of the true scientist, and that fairy tales are the childhood stimulus to this quality.
Imagination is very powerful. Without imagination, there can be nothing. Everything that exists first started in somebody’s imagination. I want to help the children to nourish their imaginations. In picture books everything is possible. In real life, almost anything is possible too. Our children need to know this. What you can imagine, you can achieve. Your words are your wands.
